’t Leemcafeetje

A small café on the grounds of Hoeve Hurpesch, along the Geul near Mechelen in the Limburg Geul Valley. For a good breakfast, coffee and tea, homemade sourdough and sweet treats, or a quiet place to work.

Wednesday to Sunday, from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. Because ’t Leemcafeetje is small and personal, we work by reservation only. You simply reserve via the reservation form and we let you know as soon as possible whether we are open.

We love food that starts close to home. We bake our own sourdough bread, work with local products as much as possible and pick from our own surroundings where we can, including at Boerderij Sierveld.
Fresh, homemade and made with love, and everything is approved by the whole family!

A homemade breakfast

Breakfast & lunch

Start the day with a lovely homemade breakfast, or drop by halfway through the day for a lunch, which can be ordered until 2.00 pm. We deliberately chose a small menu, so we can prepare everything fresh. No giant portions: that way you can order several small dishes, taste and share.

Coffee & treats

A good cappuccino, espresso or freshly brewed tea, enjoyed at leisure inside or outside on the farmstead. In the display case you will find homemade cake and vlaai every day and, where possible, a local product, nice with the coffee or to take away.

Flexible workspace

From Wednesday to Sunday you can also work quietly for a few hours by reservation. Bring your laptop, sit down and combine your working day with a walk through the Geul Valley. The workspace is free, as long as you order breakfast, lunch or a drink from us.
